Join the Conversation on Race in Atlanta
“The sooner you can become comfortable with seeking what you don’t know, as opposed to proving what you do, the more you will learn and the more effective you’ll become as a racial justice advocate.”Debby Irving, Waking Up White: and Finding Myself in the Story of Race
There are lots of options to join in conversation this summer about race in America. Many members are reading Waking up White by Debby Irving. Some will come to church for conversation while some will login to Richard’s blog and add their insight. Others may join us for “Pizza and a Movie” nights in July. We hope every one will join in the conversation in some way.
